Dr. Kampe is an excellent doctor. However, the office staff is causing many, many confusing problems with appointments. Their admitted lack of staff causes upset and trauma for the patient, who is already suffering from cancer. Faxes are repeatedly not sent to Quest or CPL. They lack empathy too. I was called to get more blood work done when on vacation, as it was incorrect, with no access to any Quest or CPL offices. 1. Dr. Kampe was there at my bedside every morning by 6:30am when I was hospitalized after an operation to remove a Lung Cancer. He has served as my Captain guiding me through difficult ongoing phases of my treatment.
I see Dr. Kampe at his Lakeway office and I love it very little waiting. Dr. Kampe is always so pleasant and I never feel rushed. I’ve been seeing him for 8 yrs. And receive the same care as if I was a new patient.
