Food was excellent and the bartender upstairs was amazing. The only drawback is some items haave smaller portions than expected.

Amazing food! But the kitchen was backed up, took a while to eat. And the staff was very friendly and courteous about it.
Amazing! More than dinner, it was an event. You really have to sit at the counter on your first visit (because you WILL be back) and watch the efficient team of chefs and artists creating each unique dish. We had the deviled eggs, bacon jam and gyros tacos. Each dish was great. We saw so many great dishes go out that we have our next 2 trips already planned. Next time we are going up on the deck!
Generally eat at Carson Kitchen every other week. The Chicken Sandwich is my favorite. Service is great and staff are friendly.
Excellent food and modern spin NYC ambience. We loved it. Lots of dishes to share in a communal table environment. Go have a good dinner with friends, you won't regret it!

Hands down one of the best places in all Vegas..can't go wrong!
In town for few days visiting the Suwanvinchit family and they took us here, amazing food, LOVED IT ALL! Steak and Mac 'n cheese was my most favorite as I also enjoyed the crispy pig skin and deviled eggs! It's a must come back for next visit from Seattle! Amazing!
