We were referred here by our waitress at the Mirage. We were so thankful she sent us your way. The food is absolutely divine! We had a group and you still got us seated fairly quickly. Loved the environment and staff! We also enjoyed how the items came to the table as they were prepared. We shared everything we ordered and thoroughly enjoyed it all! Delicious! All of it. And we ordered more than 50% of the menu! Will return for sure! #cravingcarsonkitchengreenbeans

Went here August of last year. Chicken skins were done exactly the way they should be! All the food was delicious! Loved it!

Made it back for the lamb saddle they were out of on my last visit. It was definitely worth the trip back. Tender and tasty, on an interesting date sherry vinaigrette. I also started with my favorite chicken skins and had some mac and cheese along side the lamb. Everything was great. And, again, the service was fabulous. Felicia at the upstairs bar was engaging and funny with everyone at the bar, while making sure we all were well supplied with food and drink.
We traveled to Vegas to enjoy my boyfriend's 40th birthday. He chose the menu in advance and Erik and Matt were nothing short of accomodating from the very beginning. There was a group of 16 of us there to celebrate upstairs on their patio. The food was OUTSTANDING. If you miss the bacon jam, the green eggs and ham flatbread, or the oxtail and black rice risotto, youre doing yourself a serious disservice.
