We sat at the Chef's table and were fortunate to witness all that went into the making of each and every unique dish. I wish I could give it 10 stars. This is the best meal I've experienced.

Carson Kitchen is always killer. Haven't eaten a single thing that we didn't love. Now, if we could just get them to open a second location in downtown Summerlin or Tivoli.....
