The menu is refreshingly eclectic and unique while the food is fresh, locally sourced, cooked to order, and delicious! This is a great place to meet friends as there are "shared plates" that are served family style so that everyone can try a bit of all the beautifully presented dishes. Awesome!

I've been going to Carson since they opened. They are so creative with their menu choices and our old favorites (bacon jam, tempura string beans & mac and cheese) are always consistent. You can't go wrong! Sit at the kitchen bar and watch them work!
