Top notch. All the way. The food speaks for itself.. but the staff sends the experience over the top!!!! This is a place not to be missed. An incredible experience... we will be returning again and again!!!!
I agree that sharing for parties of more than 4 can get awkward. They have a pretty limited menu, only three real protein choices Sea bass, pork Chop, or steak. And they were out of sea bass by 6 pm on a Tuesday. Poor planning on their part.

Carson Kitchen in Oldtown Las Vegas is a #MustEatVegas. Sat at the chefs counter and observed the staff working as a unified team to deliver an awesome dining experience to not only those seated at the counter but everyone in the restaurant. This is a place that if you are down on Freemont street you must take the time to eat at. Thanks for making our stay in Las Vegas something to remember!!!!
