Early AM Car Service My car needed an oil change and a new battery. The service dept had me outta there and I was not late for work either. The waiting area is very clean and provides beverages such as coffee. A great experience at Carson Honda.

Great service, great employees! Took my car for an oil change and my service advisor Alejandro is the best! He's super friendly and attentive. He would update me with the status of me vehicle while I waited for my car. He ensures you have all your questions and concerns taken care of before you walk out. He's seriously the best! Great service all the time. Also their fast. This honda are very friendly and they take you out in 1 hr. Kia takes 3 hrs. They have Starbacks coffe while you wait.. Awesome!!!! Thank you i be back.

Talk about bad customer service! If you are planning to shop for Honda please avoid sales rep Luis!!!! Talk about someone who has no customer service skills! He sucks as a sales representative! Came walking out of that dealership so disappointed and upset! Just the way this guy talkes to people! Make you feel so down graded! All I can say it was such a good thing I did not buy my car from this dealer!
