Poor Quality Service! On May 22 , 2018 I wanted to make the Carson Honda management aware of there poor quality service they rendered on March 21, 2018. Instead of talking to the a manager I was hung up on by the Receptionist. Shame on this Low Rate dealer for being non responsive to my complaints.
Doing it right the 1st time Went here to have my accord hybrid checked for a rattling noise in front. Angel took care of me & his mechanics were able to diagnose it right the 1st time. Good job! Would definitely come back here.
Very good service Erwin Mauricio is the best. I have known him since my daughter is five years old and she is now in college. Erwin is always approachable, knowledgeable and very excellent customer service.
Great service department I've taken my Accord to this service department a few times because they are close to my work. I've always received great service and plan to continue my Honda maintenance with them.
came in for oil change and tire rotation besides the oil change and tire rotation also got a couple filters changed..after i got home found out my tires did not get ROTATED..told jimmy about it the following day he was very apologetic about it and "promised me a free oil change" on my next visit ..otherwise no problema..
Love Carson Honda! I got my first car there about a week ago and the entire staff was very nice and welcoming! Everyone there was super helpful and worked quickly, and they changed all four of my tires to brand new ones and I was out in about an hour. They made getting my first car and service a very painless experience! Will defiantly go back.
Duped on service on Wednesday the 21, 2018 Your sales of my Certified Honda I had no complaints! However, the service rendered in March 2018 was excessively over priced and Service Advisor Erwin Mauricio tried to charge me for A13 code which means transmission along with tires rotated. I would of allowed them to steal my money, but after talking to my wife she stated we purchased a certified Honda and was informed by Sales Rep. All routine Maintenance and fluids were done prior.
