Beware Purchasing from Carson Honda Be careful when doing business with Carson Honda. The buying experience was pleasant enough since the salesmen pride themselves on being nice. I also paid a fair price for a used 2017 Honda Civic. Worse service advisor ever Do not have Javier as your advisor. He’s inconsiderate and incompetent to be an advisor. I dropped off my car at Carson Honda service for check engine light service on Saturday morning, no call from Javier whatsoever until I called him and left a message before the shop was closing. He called back saying the part coming in on the following Tuesday and it’s too late to get a loaner car. That’s the only time I ever heard from him. Worst Experience in Purchase Ever! My partner and I went to your Carson Honda location and she is now financing a 2019 Honda Fit LX as of Monday, September 2, 2019. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. and did not leave until 10:30 pm. . We were greeted by Mr. Juan Deloa who showed us the vehicle. Worse Service Center I will leave a 0 Star to this dealership.. I had an appointment and it took them 1 hr to take my car in. I Requested shuttle service they made me wait more than 1 hr, they ask me to wait as shuttle driver was going to take lunch. I had to walk to my job since it was only 3 blocks away from the dealer. I arrived 15 min before appointment (10:27) Worse service ever. Never coming back to buy another car here or service.

No accountability I am so disappointed with this dealership. I have been getting my car serviced here for years. Early last month, I had my regular maintenance and specifically asked the advisor to check my batteries because my car didn't start and had to get jumped 3 times the last few weeks. First of, it took almost the whole day for an oil change and an alignment. And yes, I had an appointment. But thanks for the 2 pens you gave me for the 8 hour wait. Excellent Service Department and Friendly Personnel For Service - Great dealership, always upfront as to work needed and pricing. Make an appointment and your wait will be less. Erwin is hands down awesome to work, very friendly, knowledgeable and will work with you if you to discuss other dealership service offers. I could not get the best deal for my new Honda Accord Hybrid purchase. I even wanted only a match to another dealership price so I bought my car elsewhere, but will always service it at Carson Honda. Service, oil change and tire rotation Alejandro helped me in what seemed to be an ordinary oil change and tire rotation. The wait was longer then promised but I was in no hurry. At the end of our interaction, Alejandro told me that his computer had gone down but he would e-mail my receipt. When he didn’t email me that day or the next, I called Alejandro because my newly scraped rims where all in the same place and they never asked for my rim locks.
