Employees at the Honda Carson dealership were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were thorough and answered all my questions, offering great, personalized customer service throughout my visits. This was my first Honda and they made the experience painless.

We just picked up our new 2021 CRV from Carson Honda. Our sales rep. Keison Godfrey has been wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He led us through the sales process and with the financing arrangements. He answered all our questions about the new CRV and gave us good tips on the operation of the new model even though this would be our 4th CRV. Thanks to Carson Honda for a pleasant car shopping experience.

Horrible service. NO INTEGRITY at all. Sold us a used car knowing that there was an issue. I guess there is a reason that Carson Honda is one of the only few Honda dealers that doesn't guarantee your satisfaction for 5 days after you drive off the lot even for used cars. I guess I now know why. When we took it back they didn't fix it until we had to make 2 separate trips. At that time is was "fixed to the best of their ability," not to mention that we live over 30 miles away and getting there in LA traffic isn't easy. Wouldn... read more

Had a great experience. Martha Miranda worked with me and gave me a competitive price online (versus other places that want you to come in). Tim S, the manager, worked with us in getting the clean fuel reward for the Honda Clarity and was really responsive. Miguel took us on a test drive and was knowledgeable on the car to point out the features. The buying process was smooth as well.

Finance manager Gary ghuman & Joseph added a “free” alarm to my car. At first I let gary know I didn’t need the alarm but he insisted it would be free because I had a previous loan with them, so i agreed only later to find out he charged me 955$ for it. So dishonest and liars they want to feed themselves and their families by lying to customers just to mane a deal ! Tim the GM can’t keep their own warranty on stuff they’ve installed! Says he doesn’t have money laying around to help a customer! If you want to be belittled come to Carson Honda! If you want you be treated as a human go else where. They have the worse associates; oh and one of the managers named Juan will yelled at you and say it’s because there’s a three second pause according to general manager Tim.
