Does anyone answer the phone there? Called yesterday, nobody called back. Tried sales dept today, got an answering machine again. If no call back, forget it. Plenty other places will answer their phones.
The "Carrell Rogers Floor Experience" was exceeded my expectations. The sales people along with their installers, deliver what they promise. The tile floor tear out and install in my home was so great it has me planning my next project with them.
I love my flooring from Carrell Rogers! I have had my Laminate flooring for years and it still looks like new!!!!! I have brand new carpet in my bedrooms that looks awesome! You can't ever go wrong shopping at Carrell Rogers, they are honest, reliable and do fantastic work! I have chose them through the years because they never waiver from giving their customers high quality flooring and service that is second to none!
