RecommendedExperts here went out of their way to help explain and select the right floor covering options and prices. Went above and beyond by accommodating our schedule. We’ll be using them again when it come time to replace carpet.
Disappointed with the money we spent for what we received. We have a seam running through the middle of our living room(large living room). Seam is coming apart within 3 years. It is a Berber type carpet and the snags are terrible and was told we can cut them or shave them after asking. We have dogs, which it’s supposed to be pet friendly, and we have issues with snags when it isn’t the dogs doing it. Had two different installers and a quality person come over. Extremely disappointed in the carpet we purchased. Paid extra for upgrade carpet that was worthless. A huge seem in the middle of the living room that is all ready pulling apart. Carpet is definitely NOT the description of what they told us. Have only had it less that two years and going to replace it soon, but it WON'T come from Carpet One.
