The worst place ever. Ken Martin is a liar. Went for weeks without a floor due to bad installation. Finally got the floor in and sent some idiots to put it down. They were watching utube videos to learn how. So another crew came and got it done. Now we have cracks and a big gap in our hallway. Called numerous times and no help. Stay away from the flim flam man!
While I wasn't pleased with the installers, Ken Martin made it all good-even better than good! He's a gentleman, does all he can for the customer and is an all around nice guy & business owner. When ready to redo my upstairs, I am most definitely willing to work with him again.
Absolutely wonderful customer service and amazing products. They were very patient with us while we were trying to pick out our flooring and provided great advice about the wide variety of options they had to offer. Their installer was a true professional and trustworthy. We highly recommend Carroll Rogers Carpet One for your flooring needs. We will definitely be back!!
