Carrabba's Italian Grill was founded in Houston, TX by Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola in December of 1986, who set out to create a restaurant experience where people felt like guests in their home. Both Johnny and Damian belong to one of Houston's most successful restaurant families, and many of the recipes on our menu are those of Damian's mother Grace and sister Rose. Damian travels the world in search of the best ingredients and most unique Italian dishes so Carrabba's food tastes authentic and delicious.

Change the menu not as good now, service was good tho.
Carrabas used to be the best in town, hands down. Now the food is not quite as good, smaller portions, and much more expensive. Wouldn't mind the price if the quality was still there and portions were same.
What a dam shame ....... we have been going to Carrabba's for years and in most cases a couple times a week. NEVER AGAIN I SAY NEVER..... When u serve under cooked chicken I'm done ! Also I have always ordered Alfredo sauce to dip bread in and never been charged however they decide to charge me $5.00 today in wich I am ok with but give me enough for more then two pieces of bread. They got rid of the best menu items!!!! Mozzarella Marinara and Tag Pic Pac are both gone! I have always loved Carrabbas but their new menu sucks! We walked out and went to Applebee's instead. Guess I have to find a new date night restaurant for my boyfriend and I...if you want your loyal customers to ever come back you better give us back our favorites we are loyal to!
I thought the food was good. But when it came to desert they don't have it very disappointed.

My husband and I have always loved Carrabbas but our last visit I was TRULY disappointed! I love the Rosa Maria chicken and they have totally changed the recipe and I hated it! Not even sure I want to go back!
