I had a very disappointing experience at this auto parts store. The employees were rude, disrespectful, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. When I asked a few simple questions, I was met with an attitude instead of any willingness to help. The customer service was unprofessional from start to finish, and I left feeling like my business wasn't appreciated at all. Helpful staff. Usually have just what I'm looking for.
Truly, an awesome experience. Family owned, and the staff is amazing! The manager, Becka, really knows her stuff. She has earned a new customer out of me! I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
The staff here is simple amazing and super helpful. Had a wiring issue in a trailer while passing through town. They went above and beyond just to help and make sure we had lights to get back home. I cannot thank them enough for their help and kindness!
