Completely agree with last post. Visited the store (Sept 2024) on the off-chance of finding something suitable within budget. The store manager (L) was a delight to talk to - patient and friendly, not pushy. Also very experienced, so when we needed to assess if a remnant would fit 2 odd-sized bedrooms, landing and stairs he was able to work it all out, and get the pattern direction right. A real shame, I’ve been a customer here for years but it seems to have taken a turn for the worse. Recently made a purchase for 3 separate rooms, really shoddy fitting, didn’t complete the job and failed to supply some of the accessories purchased. Called store to resolve, promised a resolution that never materialised…customer lost.

Update 2023 August, visited the store to purchase a carpet for our office and was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable member of staff who guided us to select the correct products for our needs. We were surprised at the low cost for fitting the carpet and underlay which was £50. Helpful staff, good range of floor products.
