The men were prompt, friendly and did a great job! The only thing that i didnt like was the wet carpet smell that was left behind
They were very professional. I don't remember the two men that cleaned my air ducts. Andreco T. cleaned my carpets. All were very good at their jobs.
I am extremely happy with the two servicemen that cleaned by carpets and sofa. Marvin explained everything before they started. They were very efficient and courteous. Also, they cleaned in places that no other carpet cleaning company had done before. I would recommend Sears Carpet Cleaning to all my friends and especially Marvin and Michael.

Joseph Ruiz did a great job, was courteous and punctual, and went beyond the expected to assure quality results, including before & after photos. Will be asking for him again next time, although Sears’ people have always done a good job at a fair price.
