They drove the price way up. Tried to get $1,100 + out of me claiming something growing in there. Got the price to half that. Thinking a bit of a scam going on. The event in living room still has some stuff left I can see, and a vent not making any noise before, now is making noise. They did get the smell out of the house however, but I think I may have paid too much. Next time will someone certified through national duct organization.
Paul P. came to clean the dryer vent and did an excellent job. He also noticed that the builder had installed the vent incorrectly on the roof because they had put tile over part of the hole for the vent and thus the vent was not exhausting properly. He was courteous and thorough.
