They were thorough and professional. Also gave suggestion for future use of HVAC. Did not promote anything unnecessary. Very pleasant experience.

The two technicians that came were given a task, and when a situation arose that they could not proceed, they took the time to find the issue and offered to fix it. Even though it was a messy job, they cleaned up the area before leaving and left it 100% better than when they arrived.
The Sears rep did a fantastic job on our carpet. He was polite, punctual, and thorough. The price was very reasonable, too. We will be using Sears again for our carpet cleaning, and tile cleaning.
I was very pleased with the cleaning and the price. My dog had been sick on the carpet and the service men were able to remove every trace of the damage.
