I have used Sears to clean my carpet for the last six years for 3-4 times a year. The last four times, the price doubles or triples the quote. The up sales are relentless and you are made to feel horrible about the condition of your carpet and then they turn around and say how good they made it look. Today’s experience was the same and he kept referring that we should move the furniture contrary to the appointment maker. I’ve had enough and will search for a new business.

Michael and Andreco cleaned our carpets on 12/13/2018. They were friendly and courteous, worked very hard, and did an excellent job. I will definitely use SEARS the next time that my carpets need cleaning.
My number one reason was the Sears CC & ADC video clarifying YOU PRO's are STILL in business! Sears stores are (were) a member of our family for 70+ years. Michael came when we were told he would. Did what we wanted done. Left our carpet in MUCH better shape than when he arrived. We wrote a check that honored Sears commitment that got our business to begin with - thank you and Happy Holidays!.
We had our Air ducts cleaned and they did an excellent job.. Paul and Robert were perfect example of good work... Theresa in the office was awesome and very helpful... Thanks Again
Anthony was the tech that came to do my floors. He was very polite and did a great job. I am referring him to some of my friends that need their floors done. Now I need to find a good housekeeper that doesn’t charge a arm and a leg that does a great job like Anthony did.
Carlos and Robert were very professional and wonderful to work with. I would recommend their team to anyone who would need their vents cleaned. They were right on time and immediately went to work. We even added services near the end of the appointment and Carlos was such a sport about it. All of our vents are now very clean and I can feel good about the air quality in our house.
