I have had both of my knees replaced by Dr. Carpenter. Each time I had the best experience both before and after the surgery. Timely appointments, all my questions were answered, and follow up was terrific. I have recommended him to so many people.

Dr. Carpenter and staff are fabulous. They are always friendly and informative. When when there is news you'd like to avoid, the message is kind and candid. Patents fell safe, cared for, and respected. Dr. Carpenter is trusted and highly recommend.
I didn't have to wait long, staff proceeded efficiently, explained testing, listened to my reasons for being there, clearly explained the x-ray findings, choice of treatments, what to expect in the future, and reassuringly encouraged me to return as needed. Everyone was respectful and pleasant. I was very satisfied with the visit.
