03/11/2019 (got to office 7:30pm) OMG!! Came to bring my son because he has a bad rash all over his face. The charged me the copay and took me back (after checking his weight, height and all the checking IN stuff)they took us to a room. The nurse practitioner came and said she will run a step throat test. A MA came in and swab his throat. Where i went to was the one off of north Lamar that staff was rude and llike they didn’t care about helping us they all should get fired 👏🏼😌🤣 i swear if we waited any longer they would have probably left us there too cuz it was about close to closing time when they FINALLY saw us we were in the waiting room for about an hour an half 🤦🏽♀️ when we they brought us to the room they said someone will back to test her for strep (when I told the lady my daughter had an ear ache) we sat there for a really long time until my s... read more

They left a family in a back room while they closed up and left for the night. Wtf??!
