RecommendedMy son goes to the location in Round Rock on Mays and everyone there is amazing! The same friendly office staff has seen my son since he was a baby and they often remember him by name when we come in. The providers are very compassionate and you can tell they really love the kids. We are usually in and out within an hour or so, depending on how busy they are. Thank you for being so amazing with Ezekiel :)
No!! Worst place ever! Take your precious children elsewhere!! We’ve had two foster kiddos for two years now and have yet to meet the one and only doctor at the clinic! Ever! My kiddos receive certain medical benefits as wards of the state and Dr. Rannefeld is DENYING my kids the medical care and services they are entitled to as wards of the state! Only after I contacted CPS did she sign our paperwork. Then she refused to give it back and said I needed to return in a few days! Seriously! Worst place ever!
Worst front desk ever. Doctor was great but glad I change my daughters whole provider.

Could never go to a place that leaves people in a back room, everyone on staff that day should be fired.
