John Austin tickles the ivories at this piano bar from Wednesday through Saturday, but the real attraction is the Carousel Bar & Lounge itself at Hotel Monteleone. It's a carousel and really does revolve - all the time. The music goes until late and the cocktails served are out of this world like the "Truffletini" which is a mix of Bailey's Irish Cream with liqueurs. The ambiance has a slight feel of a Moulin Rouge setting, with bold lighting and motifs.

I have to revise my review from yesterday. This morning they moved us to a room that has air conditioning that works and finally we can have a comfortable stay. Thank you very much to the staff. Other than a day and night in a hot room the rest of our stay will be brilliant!
Stunning hotel! Stayed here on our honeymoon. Our room was gorgeous, spacious and the bathroom was huge, fab power shower and jacuzzi. The staff were nice. A congrats card and drinks voucher was left under our door. Would have been handy if the shop in the lobby was open a little earlier and later or at least have some vending machines (couldn't find any) but other than that great hotel and would recommend.
Stayed there a while back. Was the best Hotelmi have ever stayed at period.

I love Hotel Monteleon. Every time we stay here its better than the last time. Its beautiful and comfortable and feels European. We'll be back on Wednesday, September 3rd. Tell our favorite waiter, Joe, we're looking forward to his excellent service.
This is a great hotel to stay in. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are a great size and very clean. I love that everything is within walking distance.
