John Austin tickles the ivories at this piano bar from Wednesday through Saturday, but the real attraction is the Carousel Bar & Lounge itself at Hotel Monteleone. It's a carousel and really does revolve - all the time. The music goes until late and the cocktails served are out of this world like the "Truffletini" which is a mix of Bailey's Irish Cream with liqueurs. The ambiance has a slight feel of a Moulin Rouge setting, with bold lighting and motifs.

Great old world hotel. That is why we are back
Staying at Hotel Monteleone. Beautiful Hotel with old fashion approach to customer service where they actually want to meet needs of guests with a smile (with an exception of our front desk clerk at check in - he was not having a good day). I would like to say that my experience with Patrick, Beverage Manager was amazing- he went above and beyond delivering best customer service to my group. Thank you Hotel Monteleone and Patrick!
Its a beautiful hotel with a Carousel Bar. Right in the heart of the French Quarters everything is in walking distance. I cannot wait to return
Everything and Everyone was wonderful! It is haunted by good spirits and fun times! When you're in New Orleans this place is close to everything just steps away from parties and exclusive sites!

Beautiful historic hotel! The Carousel Bar was fun and the food & beverages were delicious. Staff was phenomenal 👍
We've stayed several times for work and the staff go above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience! Stop by the Logo Shop and have the sweet ladies make you a delicious cup of coffee! Everything is beautiful and located so close to fun and delicious places!
