Very professional and classy
What a great place to stay! Historic hotel right in the heart of a historic district. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. If you are ever in the French Quarter, you have got to stay here or, at the very least, visit.
It is a beautiful historic building and has beautiful decor and two really neat bars and a restaurant. The gift shop was amazing and the attendant was so helpful and had a beautiful story to tell. This really is a unique place.
Great staff and location. About the rooms...the carpet is old and stained..may be clean but sure looks dirty. Failed to get a seat on the Carousel bar but that’s on me! I would return just based on the service.

Spectacular location and amenities. Although carpet needs updating. Awesome carousel bar although very loud and crowded. Breakfast service can be quite slow. No view from our room except the next building. But I had the most wonderful massage at the spa and got my nails done which was delightful.
We stayed there for New Year’s Eve a few years back. The hospitality, ambiance, and food was out of this world. Can’t wait to go back.
