Had excellent care from ER ,inpatient stay through discharge. Everyone one from housekeeping, healthcare staff and Dr's was curtious airing and professional. My questions were answered and addressed I would recommend my family to come here for care. St Mary's you are doing something right!!!!
I was in the hospital for 3 days I had knee surgery on Monday. The nurses in pre-op were wonderful and made me feel at ease. I panic from having an IV started and they kept me calm. Then after surgery I was on the 4th floor and the Ortho nurses assigned to me were wonderful. The nurses were Allyson, marian, marisela, jenn and Vanessa. What a wonderful team they were. I'm currently in St Mary's Hospital as a patient. I have an infection in my wrist, the staff from the e.r. have been exceptional, informative, caring. I would very much like to thank the staff for there kindness, patients. And keeping well informed. Thank you again.
I had gatric sleeve done on Tuesday, July 25th and was released today the 27th. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I had amazing care. Everyone was so attentive. I loved all my nurses, but the one I had today named Dani, she was the absolute best. Even though I live a little far from St. Mary's it will be my go to hospital from now on for myself and my family. The best hospital in Tucson.
Yesterday I was called by St. Mary's Wound Center, confirming my appointment today at 8:00 AM. The receptionist said, they had tried to contact me to reschedule my appointment. I told her someone had called to confirm, we talked for 41 sec. She wouldn't even go check. Pitiful Customer Service!
