From the time I walked in and first encountered the reception staff, until they discharged me and I was on my way home, I was met with nothing but absolute courtesy and professionalism from the entire staff. If you’re going to have a pleasant surgical experience, this is certainly the place. FIVE STAR TREATMENT!
RecommendedThis is absolutely the nest hospital I have ever been in! I had a hip replacement done on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. I am horrible at names, but everyone that did anything for me was so nice! From the pre op nurse, to the lady that delivered meals. And, as I was being wheeled out to go home today, everyone I passed.that had met me recognized me and spoke to.me. if I ever jave.to have anything done where I have to be hospitalized, I am asking if I can go here! Lpve all you guys!

Intake nurse at ER is completely overwhelmed and should not be in that position. Told a patient that if it was an emergency they should have called emergency services and not to rush the people who are trying to help. It takes a certain kind of individual to work under pressure and assure patients they are in good hands, not arguing with caretakers that are bringing their loved ones in to ER.

My specialist sent me in for a specific neuro ophthalmology exam, which took three techs to understand. When the 1st tried to give me an optometry exam, I politely explained that was not the purpose of my visit. After calling me rude, slamming the door, and walking out of the room she brought me to the correct location in the clinic. While more courteous and professional than the 1st tech, the 2nd tech literally said he was unfamiliar with the exam.
