Nobody answers the phone! Still sitting on the phone after 100 minutes. Impossible to get a copy of pathology reports even with history of polyp removals. Pathology report NOT UPLOADED in patient portal. Trying to get a copy for new doctor at UM I'm seeing. Had the same situation last May. A lot of my friends have the same complaint now that this place is owned by private equity. It's all about $$$$$$. My doctor there for years was wonderful, but he has retired. Good thing because he was too service-oriented to deal... read more

Billing department is horrible. No one answers the phone, nor do they respond to the contact form. I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue for 2 months now. Very frustrating!

Waited 2 hours past the scheduled appointment time. I had done the prep the day before and the early morning of the scheduled procedure. I became dizzy and nauseated after so long without even water for 24 hrs. I was finally taken in and received IV of 3 different meds, the last one was Fentanyl. When I was in recovery, the doctor said he explained everything to me about the procedure he had done, but I don't remember a thing. I was sick for 2 days after I visited Gastro Health in Kennewick, WA. I would not recommend this pl... read more

A doctor is only as good as his staff. After going back and forth with the staff cancelling my husband as well as my appointment. On Friday I was called by Jessica and asked for the insurance information. I sent it my fax like she asked only to take off from work and still have both of our appointments cancelled without notice. She tells me because I didn't picked up the phone while I was at work the system automatically cancelled our appointments. I have never heard of such a thing. A complete waste of my time and confid... read more

DO NOT PAY YOUR CO-PAY IN ADVANCE. This center then bills your insurance company so they get paid twice and good luck trying to get your money back!! They keep telling me the " Check is in the mail" Ha!!

My adult son is a patient, good doctors but worst run administrative office have ever seen or heard of. Simply to receive a prior auth became a great difficulty. Billing is a nightmare. Unresponsive in both areas after multiple contacts.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Tennyson. I haven’t gotten that type of caring in a while. I love  Dr Tennyson. She is a great Doctor.  I am recommending her to any who would like a great Doctor. Sylvia H. Fitch

Sorry I really can't say much I liked much about this place. Very professional (for those who could understand) what they were talking about. But for me (couldn't understand a word) it was confusing. For the prices charged, also bothered me that the PATIENT was required to go out and buy a list of products needed for the tests I(and insurance) was paying for. After my ONLY visit I paid my co-pay in cash... and a month or so later get yet another bill for the same co-pay So (bad billing) but differently slow. It seems to b... read more

I have a really large kidney stone and need surgery next week, but Dr. Patel's office only gave me pain medicine for a few days. They don't care about patients, just as pharmacies don't. Why are all our doctors Indian now? Our doctors aren't good enough, so we need to import the whole of India here just to have doctors? It's an agenda, just as the COVID scam and depopulation shots. Now they'll be dealt with.
