RecommendedThank you for the caring staff that helped my family when both my grandparents were admitted to St Mary's hospital in July and August of this year. Following a few concerns on the 4th floor, Patient Advoactes reached out to us, apologized for our inconviencies and were extremely sincere in thier care for my family. Special thank you to Min, Avianna and Marco! Our family will continue to have confidence is St. Mary's hospital.
Someday Carondelet will actually fix their online billing portal so I don't have to waste time on hold on the phone to pay bills. I was actually told this has been a problem since Jan 2018. How lame! And organizations like this expect to be in business? I would fire the idiot in charge and responsible for this as it costs everyday for no apparent reason, and guess who gets to pay for this type of crap? We do!

Every single person I came across was polite and friendly doctors nurses specialists housekeepers physical therapists janitors cafe and store workers the office workers people at the front desk I could go on and on spent time there in January of this year. Thank you for your hospitality and helping my mother feel comfortable during her stay from the bottom of my heart. My family will be forever thankful.
Getting rid of child daycare is inexcusable. Terrible
St. Mary's Crandelet Hospital has the best , most caring staff's I've ever seen or had the honor to be there and in terrace with. I've never been there as a patient there but my family/mom have. When it comes to my momma I expect the best and I was completely satisfied. I have to say more then satisfied. So to everyone/staff and all thank you for giving the best most caring /attention and care to my momma and me .... ..
My husband had a TEE yesterday at St. Mary's & received excellent care in the Cardiovascular outpatient department. His cardiologist, Dr. Arthur Menezes and the entire staff, from the admitting clerk to all of the nurses, were amazing. They were very professional and caring. The entire facility sparkled; it was very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend St. Mary's.
Great nurses & staff! ICU probably saved my son’s life from sepsis. But a Dr sent him home with legs so swollen he can barely walk. Still has bacteria in his blood according to last blood culture. Instructions say antibiotics for 30 days but prescription is for 5 days with no refill. Some serious lack in good judgment with a Dr!
