good managers – Keep the management company. Fire the neighbors. Caron Realty does a decent, honest job and they put up with an ungodly amount of abuse from a handful of malcontents. Remove the neighbors who endlessly complain, whine, lie, and disrupt at every board meeting -- then more owners would come to the meetings and not be afraid to be a target for all the hostility they get for volunteering to serve on the board.

Agreed! 100%. It's the people who don't follow the rules & get in trouble for it are the ones who are the problem. Too bad you can't evict the problem neighbors who never follow the rules & all they do is complain. They are the ones who are the detriment to the community!
Worse mannagement company – This is the third management company we had dealt with in condo Associtions, by far the worse. If you ask the company to follow the by laws you become a target. Landscape is poorly done, repairs have to done over & over. Homeowners are sent to other homeowners for help by management company. When you call to report something you are treated like a convict. You should take a class & see how an HOA runs because you have NO clue. It has a budget, you can't just spend & spend. If HOAs could fix it all,dues would be huge, then you'd complain about that. People like you are just never happy. Maybe you should move where you have no rules & then you'd finally be happy. Great Management Company – I am appalled by the comments being made by some of you. Caron Realty has been our management company for over 11 years and they handle issues and problems in a timely manner. They manage many communities around Denver and have an excellent rating with the BBB. I know, we checked before hiring them. An excellent management company – I have no complaints with the HOA board which serves my Condo Community. They work directly with Caron and always have a great working relationship. Homeowner concerns are always dealt with in a timely manner...taking into account the time it takes to obtain solutions to homeowner concerns. Some homeowenrs expect miracles and display no patience. Needs Improvement – Homeowners within our community have reached a level of dissatisfaction with Caron Realty Inc. Homeowners continue to experience rude, condescending, and poor customer service. I recommend communicating with Mr. Hutchinson per concerns or complaints. Some homeowners have experienced better success with Mr. Hutchinson than other staff. horrible hoa's – I have had Caron Realty for my HOA's for the past 3 years! Since I have asked them to trim trees hitting the condo, and roof. They said they trim twice a year; well they have not been there since I have owned the place! They have un-accounted for items on there list that they do not take care of and never have. Worst Management Company Ever – We had a flood at our condo from the outside and contacted our HOA-CR. It has taken them a month to fix the inside of the room that was flooded. We have been pushed around from day one and when you call to complain or get answers they blame you. I have never been treated so crappy from any company the way that they have treated us. Worst Property Management in Colorado – Caron realty use to manage our condos. They never remove the snow or paint outside. On the other hand, they excel at charging high management fee.
