Truly A Ripoff – Truly a ripoff. Paying an inordinate amount of money without benefit is not fun. They do a great job of complaining about painting your OWN property or illegal grills but they do nothing of substance. I don't know about the rude thing. I haven't found them to be "rude" at all, just useless.
Best HOA Management Company in Denver – I purchased a condo about 2 years ago. Prior to Caron Realty getting hired, our old management company did nothing. The place was run down, our reserves hadn't been started, you couldn't get access to records. Caron Realty was hired, and within 6 months, the place looked 100% better, our reserves are now being built up and I can say that I am proud to live in my community. If you want the best management company around, you have to hire Caron Realty. They really care!
SATISFIED HOMEOWNER – It is over 8 years that Caron Realty has been managing our homeowners association, and they have changed my opinion in a very positive way of what a management company does for the homeowners. AWESOME MANAGEMENT COMPANY – About 6 months ago our HOA hired a new management company, Caron Realty. They have been very responsive, they understand our covenants, our community has never looked better. They have kept our dues in line, they watch spending as well. We had a big management company before and they didn't care. You got voice mail when you called, you wouldn't get a call back for days. Caron always has someone there to help you when you call. BOARD MEMBER OPINION – As a Board member for one of the homeowner associations managed by Caron Realty, I can attest that our experience has been nothing but positive as it relates to this family owned and operated management company. Prior to Caron Realty managing our HOA, we had a very large company managing our property. We hardly ever saw them--they just collected the dues and occasionally visited the property. This Company is Awesome – Caron Realty has been our mgmt company for almost 15 years. We've have nothing but good things to say about them. Their rates are reasonable, they know their stuff, they have kept our HOA in line with all current laws. We look to them for guidance to make sure we stay CCIOA compliant. Worst Ever! – The management company provides minimal services to their communities with exhorbitant HOA dues. Our driveways are plowed either the following day, or at nearly 11pm the night of a snow storm. Our open use areas are overgrown, driveways cracked, etc. The office's customer service is non-existent, will not work with homeowners, are rude and not able to answer questions. Your comments are obviously blinded because YOU got in trouble for doing something wrong. Caron has always been pleasant, follows rules& Boards decisions in all they do. To blame them for things that you did wrong is deplorable. If you got turned over for collection its because YOU didn't pay. A lawyer won't take a case w/o justification & backing info.They must have had it or the case wouldn't have been filed. Take responsibility for your own actions & stop blaming the other guy.
Great HOA Management Company – I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with Caron Realty. They have managed the HOA where I live for close to 15 years. The are very responsive to homeonwer requests and always do their best to keep homeowners informed. By reading comments below, obviously those people did not receive the answers they felt they should, but this does not mean that Caron has not listened to them. Caron Realty IS THE BEST! Unfortunately in todays society, when people don't get the answer they want they get mad. They expect people to lie just to appease their own sense of security. Caron won't do that. They know the laws & follow them. If that makes people unhappy, sobeit. They are doing their job, following the covenants they were hired to uphold. When you bought your home, you agreed to those too! So, maybe before you shoot the messenger, check out the information for yourself!
Frustrating – This management company does not like to manage property. So when you call with a concern or request, they always try to avoid complying. This gets old fast. I don't know why they get paid.
