My brother hascend stage lung cancer and can no longer get around without assistance and has other serious symptoms. We took him to see the place and I seemed nice (and very quiet, Noone around) a CPH nurse came to my brothers place the following afternoon.. long story short, since he still ate fruit sometimes (nothing else) and could shuffle around in his room (barely) they said he wasn't sick enough.
