We booked carolyn allens for steaming and pressing for our wedding as we came over from the UK and the eve of the steaming we found a problem with the brides dress and they sorted everything out for us excellent service and very friendly highly recommend

I made an appt. for the sample sale and just to try some dresses. The folks were beyond wonderful at understanding my vision and pulled a dress i fell in love with. 10 stars plus plus!! I said YES and had the best experience!

After purchasing my gown from a friend's bridal shop, I struggled to find a trustworrhy seamstress to alter my gown. Thank goodness another friend recommended Sue at Carolyn Allen's Bridal! Not easy to find a bridal shop that will alter another shop's dress. Sue and her team treated me as if I had purchased the dress from them! This family owned company has treated me so poorly. They are extremely rude. Upon calling and asking questions about my dress have become nasty and hateful.I have told all of my friends about the treatment I have received from this company and have discouraged them from looking for a dress here. If you want the fill bridal experience, please find another bridal store. Not worth your time.

While I did not buy my dress from Carolyn Allen's Bridal, because I live in another state. I did ship in to them and they brought it to my hotel. They pressed my dress, also all the tuxes, and my mom's dress. They also picked it back up and sent it to be preserved. They kept my mind at ease and they were all just wonderful. Thank you Carolyn Allen's Bridal.
