I love this place! I had several bad experiences at David's Bridal and I must say It was very refreshing to come here. Sue and Keith are the best!! Sue made me feel and look good in my dress and Keith kept me laughing. I had a great experience. They make me almost want to get married all over again even though it has only been 4 months!!! Lol. I love you guys and will definitely keep referring people straight to you!

We had a rather large bridal party residing in 6 different states almost 2 years ago now (my how time flies!!) and without a single hiccup Sue and Keith had all 8 bridesmaids dresses and 10 tuxes altered to perfection within days of our wedding. With all the little details going into a couple's special day worrying about attire should not be a concern. Sue was on top of everything and Keith even entertained our 2 year old on every visit. We couldn’t have chosen a better bridal salon to purchase my daughter’s wedding gown, as well as my mother of the bride dress. Sue and Keith were a pleasure to work with. Sue from Carolyn Allen's Bridals was fantastic to work with! She was easy to schedule my dress pressing appointment with and she arrived promptly at 6AM at my Disney resort room to begin the service. She had my dress looking photo ready incredibly quickly and well ahead of schedule so the photographers did not need to stress! She also supplied me with the information for the dress preservation packages. Personalized service and wonderful customer service. I can not say enough good things about my experience. I fell in love with a dress but there were somethings about it that were not flattering for my figure but Sue was there to make adjustments and alterations to make the dress truly be tailored just for me! They delivered the dress and Tuxes to the hotel and also steamed the bridal party dresses...making everything super stress free. Love love love them for all they did to make this experience special and personal!

After trying out a few bridal shops I decided to go to Carolyn Allen's. I can safely say I would recommend this adorable little shop to anyone. The staff is so sweet and professional. By the second visit they greet you by name. They were so kind to help with my schedule. They altered my dress EXACTLY how I wanted it. If I did the process over I would've found them sooner. Walked in on a Friday with no appointment and was helped instantly with no problem at all. I was very impressed with their customer service.
