Carolyn Allen’s was the last bridal shop I went to while searching for my perfect wedding dress! Well, I not only found my perfect dress there, but also was treated so well that I returned next day to purchase the dress! Everyone at the shop was so nice and helpfull and did everything to make me happy and satisfied with my choice! And I only have 7 weeks to my wedding and Sue is going to make all the alterations so that the dress can look amazing on my big day! Thank you Sue & Keith for making my massive dress, I had squeezed into hand luggage, look sensational! Both of them were absolutely lovely as well. They were the first people I saw on the morning of my big day and they helped start it well! :)

The sweet people who own this shop are absolutely amazing! I am from Atlanta and had a wedding dress malfunction shortly before a Disney trip. While in Orlando, I came into Carolyn Allen's just to see a dress that they had, and they offered to take it down about 5 sizes for me in just a few weeks because my wedding was quickly approaching. An absolute pleasure! The staff was very knowledgeable and paid close attention to my likes/dislikes throughout the process. I loved getting to tag dresses in their catalog first, then having those choices pulled. I could not be happier to have chosen my dress from this fantastic store. �

The staff at Carolyn Allens are so sweet and professional. Most of my bridal party were out of town and they helped to accommodate us every step of the way. I loved the days I would come to try on my dress and get it fitted cause you develop such a rapport with them. Not gonna lie I'm sad that my wedding is over cause I won't see them any more, but I will be sure to refer any future brides I know. I went here to get my dress altered and this was honestly the best place I could ever ask for! The team is so amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!! My dress was so big on me and I was terrified that it wouldn't fit or look how I wanted. They went above and beyond and my dress was absolutely perfect! They paid close attention to all details that I wanted and really took the time to make sure it was perfect!! Such an absolutely amazing experience with them!!

Everyone at Carolyn Allen's was fantastic throughout the whole process of finding my dress. From the minute I started looking to my final fitting, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They are all very welcoming and professional! Sue helped me to customize my dress to make it everything I wanted. They really try to get to know their brides to make the experience more personal which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Carolyn Allen's to all brides!
