I felt like my concerns were not really taken seriously and that the PA was looking for something that I didn't even complain of, blood clot. Also on my discharge paperwork it says I was seen for left ankle pain and I never said anything about ankle pain. It just felt like a waste of time and if I had not been medically trained I would not have gotten the X-ray I needed to rule out what potentially could have been the real thing wrong. Thankfully I am medical and was able to advocate for myself.
Very fast & very friendly. My 8 month old has Covid and everyone was very sweet to her and to me. I appreciate them so much.
Timely, clean, friendly and very helpful! I will go back when I need help in the future!
