Visited on 3-14. I had a 12:47 appointment and didn't see the doctor until approximately 3:15pm. I was not notified of a potential delay of that extent upon check-in. That would have been respectful of my time as well as the clinic's. Had I known I would have either waited, gone elsewhere, or gone back home. Things happen, but it's important to treat everyone with respect as far as their time and how they are feeling. If I'd known at check-in of the severe delay, I would not have paid to be seen.
