Kossa is a great provider and has a lot of patience with children. He gave me multiple options for my medication route. Nurse Jordan is amazing as well, he has plenty of patience with children. He did exceptional on my nasal swap. The easiest nasal swap I’ve ever had.
Dr. Barry and all his staff from the front office to clinical staff are great! Everyone is friendly, and very welcoming. I have used this specific location for my family needs several times. We have used them for sick visits to playground accidents that required X-rays. Each time we visit we are greeted and treated as if we are more than just another patient. I highly recommend this location for your medical needs when you are unable to see your PCP.
Came in as a walk in and was able to book my appointment. I didn’t have to wait in lobby they text me to know ahead of time when I was going to be seen, so was I able to grab something to eat while I waited on my appointment. My nurse and Doctor was right on point they cared about my health situation. Prescribed me the right medication and I’m already seeing results. Thank you so much for your services.
My insurance is accepted at this facility. I paid my copay at check in. Never received an itemized bill, they never filed the services provided with my insurance, but proceeded to withdraw money out of my checking account since my debit card used for the copay was linked to that account. The third party billing company that handles billing and insurance will not respond to any inquiries. Proceed with caution and pay with cash! Almost two months since the visit and they still haven’t contacted my insurance.
I had a very poor experience being here, I had a very unique case on why I was there. But before the doctor even introduced himself to me or met me. He was talking bad about me and was very loud,Which I found to be very unprofessional. It was extremely embarrassing for me and I did not deserve that. Everyone else was sweet to me, just not that doctor.
