Spencer came and fixed the problem, Very good guy who works hard. However, the problem seemed to be that the heat pump had been installed ( 2+ years ago) at a slightly wrong angle causing the humidity to not drain properly. Hence, water through the floor and through the kitchen ceiling below.
The service rep, Spencer, got here as scheduled and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. They had been here a month earlier for the semi-annual maintenance inspection and, since they hadn't spotted any trouble then, offered me a credit on the diagnostic fee. They have taken care of my systems for a number of years now. They are reliable, professional, and friendly. Great company all the way around.
