Service tech was timely, polite and knew what he was doing. He explained things well and cleaned up after his work. Certainly would not hesitate to use Carolina Comfort again in the future.

Excellent Service! Technicians are helpful and informative. I am always called and equipment failure is explained to me in detail and the cost of the repair is given up front before the repair is performed. Very happy with the service and professionalism given to our properties in the Asheville area.
