Always a pleasure to work with Carolina Comfort! Justin just finished our winter service; as always, he was very thorough in his work & explanation of what he found
Carolina Comfort phoned me to remind me to do my service contract check up... which I would forget to do left to my own devices. They told me when the repairman would arrive and they phoned 15 minutes before arriving to let me know exactly when he would get to my door. Justin wore his mask , which I appreciated in this age of Covid. He went right to work and got the job done. Justin is very polite and well-mannered. He is a pleasure to work with.

Very thorough and pleasant. After he left found countless grimy hand prints on attic access panel. Had to get on ladder to clean ourselves. Good service but not close to 'white glove' treatment.
