I appreciated how thorough Justin was when he came to diagnose my system. I was, in fact, getting a second opinion on my heat pump, following an earlier "maintenance" visit from another company who had me worried that my 16-year-old system was on the verge of collapse and needed to be replaced. Justin confirmed my suspicions that I was low on refrigerant. And, while old, the system checked out to be in fine working order. Matt was fantastic! Super patient with questions, very thorough in communication and it was actually less expensive than I anticipated which never happens!
Our furnace suddenly failed to produce heat during weather temperatures in the low 30s and snow on the way. Had a tune up done and was very pleased by professionalism. Answered all my questions, quoted a purification system and explained everything very well. Also wore a mask and boot coverings which is a huge plus. It just occurred to me how funny it would be pre pandemic to be like "im glad the guy showed up wearing a mask" hah. But for real, 5 star service
