I was contacted, but I found a car closer to home.
When i arrive at the lot the vehicle on the website was not there. Nor did anyone come to geeet me. Overall, dont know if the dealership is good or not. I am quite sure they are by the rating

Good communication
Dealer contacted me. I completed an on-line application, but haven't heard back since 11/21/17. I guess I was denied, but I may have had other options had I been notified. I thought that very unprofessional.

Robert we have been trying to reach you to review your application, but have not been able to get in touch. In fact we just called moments after you wrote this review and still can't get in touch. In order to process any application we call the customer after receipt to verify information before sending it to lenders. Last week with the holiday we were under staffed and were closed several days (Thanksgiving and Black Friday) so we were behind on following up with customers.
