Great dealership. I was able to get everything taken care of expediently. Answered every question I had and even got me a warranty which I was not expecting.
Terrible experience. Salesman knew I was driving 2 hours to look at the car and didn’t tell me (or put in the listing) about the very obvious issues with the vehicle even though I asked. Not very personable at all—not once did I feel like I had his attention even though I scheduled an appointment. When I brought the keys back and politely told him I’ll pass on this one, he just responded with “cool” and didn’t even look at me. Absolute waste of my time
Nice Guy, has a decent inventory. This vehicles was sold and still the posting has not been taken down. I get it though, it draws in folks to look.
Shawn was MORE than helpful and transparent he even allowed to get a pre sale vehicle inspection before the sale AND accommodated me after hours his transparency was refreshing
I was informed that the vehicle was returned to auction. And if anything else comes in that I see that might peaked my interest to let him know.
At first the salesman was great about everything. But then he said he didn't work weekends and that is the only time i have off because i work monday thru friday till 4pm. Then he wanted to schedule an appointment for after work one day. I don't get home until 5 and the drive is over an hour away from the dealership and it would be almost dark when we got there..no way we could look the vehicle over good and everything else. I just wish they would have made time on saturday for us to come...could have been a buyer.
Sean contacted us right away and was very helpful. The vehicle had already sold but he still took the time to find out what we are looking for.
Could not explain the 100,000 mile difference between listed mileage and that recorded on the CarFax.
Great experience. They were very patient and got the job done. I highly recommend
