Unfortunately I have to go get a second opinion because carol refused to listen to me when I told her my symptoms about my ear. She also brought in her PA and refused to tell me who she was until the end of the visit, her PA introduced herself, so the whole time I'm wondering who this lady in the room is. Shows you how her bedside manner is very unprofessional. As a nurse, I feel she was rude and I did NOT feel comfortable with my health in her hands. I left her office in tears.
