This doctor and ENT office is not about taking care of patient. Horrible, cant contact them at all not at the office nothing. They dropped the ball never escalated the request to hospital. Zero communication its terrible. people go to the doctor because something is wrong....choose another doctor or ENT if you care about your health and someone caring about you in return. Don't waste your time here. awful. They need to learn something about treating human beings...

Very good and helpful doctor, have visited many times and always got an accurate diagnosis. Never rushes and always makes sure EVERYTHING is perfect.

This provider will rush your appointment, lecture you instead of converse with you, won’t bother to try and learn about your symptoms whatsoever and leave you feeling hopeless or questioning why you sought care in the first place. Huge red flags. STAY AWAY FROM DR. LANGDOC

Dr Langdoc is very patient and knowledgeable. She listens well and explains herself thoroughly regarding your diagnosis. She never rushed me and made me feel like a valued patient. After months of suffering she was able to diagnose me quickly and accurately and provide a resolution. I am pleased to state that I am no longer experiencing any of my symptoms as a result of her resolution. Also, the staff that works with Dr Langdoc at this practice are all outstanding as well. As soon as you walk into this practice, the people g... read more

Dr. Langdoc performed a much needed septoplasty to correct a deviated septum and turbinate reduction to allow me to breathe normally through my nose. She answered all my questions to make this an exceptional experience and her work made it a successful surgery. - I had lived my life with a septum condition that eventually affected sleep and daily water intake since I'd have to interrupt drinking to breath through the mouth when the nasal passage would not be open as necessary. - She was direct with information and she was he... read more

I have never felt so disrespected and uncared for by any other medical professional. I went to see Dr. Langdoc to talk about having my tonsils removed due to frequent cases of strep and tonsillitis (after being referred by my primary and seeing another ENT that said he thought I qualified for the surgery due to the frequency and severity) and she said that the other doctors were wrong. Unfortunately I didn’t bring records of my cases because I have gone to many (many) urgent cares and she refused to believe me even after I w... read more

I had my pre-op appointment for my thyroid surgery and I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough Dr. Langdoc was in explaining everything about the procedure. She did not seem rushed at all, but took time to explain it in detail and then stayed until all my questions were answered. This was delightfully different from my experiences with other doctors in recent years.

I have a deviated septum, Dr. Langdoc told me it was prominent and the pain I was experiencing from chronic sinunstis was not from my septum and I should see a neurologist. She didnt offer any alternative treatments nor did she conduct a comprehensive exam. Went to a different ENT and he was shocked she made these recommendations.
