Had a great time hanging with Will and Mark behind the bar. Can't beat those $2 martinis and the prime rib.

Awesome Food, Awesome Servers, gotta have the Full Ribs and Stuffed Snapper!!! Also the Tres Leches and Peanut Butter Pie are to die for!!!!!!!
The service was great and the wine selection was inclusive. However, the steaks were overcooked.
I think bar tender Will is the most attentive & hospitable server I have ever encountered! My husband & I will be back for another lunch just as soon as we can!

Our luncheon at Carne today was nothing short of fabulous! We hosted 70 people to a buffet and the service, food, and staff was amazing! Mark and his staff catered to every detail and all of the servers were friendly and attentive throughout the meal even with such a large group. Everyone raved about the delicious food as well. I cannot thank Carne enough for making our luncheon such a success!
Ybor city has a lot to offer, and when I want my food cooked to order in an elegant environment that I can actually just relax in, this is my go to spot. The drinks are perfect every time, and the food is a cut above. Definitely a must experience type of restaurant. The thing I like about the staff is that they are attentive, fun, and great to interact with.
Second time eating here. Both times great service and food. Martinis are 2 bucks and prime rib 10 till 6. This is now my go to place. Waiter James above and beyond.
