Great place great atmosphere nice servers food is excellent drink so wonderful $2 martinis until 7 I love it
Anna was amazing! She saw us looking at the menu and directed us to their happy hour specials...my friend and I were sold! I'm on an R&D trip and found this establishment nothing short of excellent...des frites poutine, perfect and those martinis...on point! Definitely a place worth checking out in Ybor. Thanks Anna!!!
kinda slow service but the food more than made up for it. now knowing the whole story on the building itself i understand the little slower service and about the spiral staircase ordeal !!!!!
The 3 stars is mainly for the service. Our server seemed distracted. We were there during the later part of lunch, and the restaurant was not busy. If the manager had not been checking tables, who knows how much longer we would have waited to leave. One person in our party asked 4 times for a box, and I had put my card in with the check (hung out visibly) immediately after she left the check. Amazing, delicious food! Crab cakes and steak were great. Drinks were perfect! Great staff especially the hostess very friendly. Highly recommend.
The service is very poor, I go for the prime rib special 4 to 6pm, but every time the order is incorrect, meat extra well done, cooked almost on a skillet, even though ask medium. Always ask for Au jus sauce and never bring then when it does come almost done with meal. Wait staff seems always too busy to stop if you want something.
We visited on a Saturday night. Our food was ok but nothing to rave about. I had the 7 oz filet mignon which did not come served with the request blue cheese topping. They fixed it but then overcooked it since it was requested medium rare. My husband was happy with his New York strip and it was cooked right as well done.
Had an amazing time, everything was delicious and service was awesome. Will definitely be back.
Customer service was on point. Food and drinks were amazing. Relaxing, quiet environment with optional view to people watch. Reasonable prices. I enjoyed it very much and will return. :)
