the staff is courteous and professional..very friendly and nice....everyone does a great job
I've been very impressed with the level of care Dr. Martinez and his staff has provided. Everyone is very sweet and professional from the time you walk into the building to checking out. It's very important to have procedures and other treatments explained to me before making my decision, not only did Dr. Martinez explain everything in detail, it was an educational experience as well. I am very fortunate to have found this place besides it being in a convenient location.
The implant was going smoothly till the last appointment, when the doctor did not have the propper item for the final step.Now I must bare with an impropper fitting and badly sculpted FRONT tooth for the next 3 weeks.When I hope they will complete the procedure.I don't mind the loose fitting tooth,but I don't like being left in the hands of the assistant that obviously did not know, confidently,the step to molding the temp. tooth.Consequentely I sat in the chair for an extra hour and a half.I would like to say that I enjoy t... read more
I had originally found Southpoint Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry for my husband, but decided to go there also. I had not been to the dentist for quite some time and was a little nervous. Anyway... I just had my second visit and I must say that the staff is friendly and very professional. If you are looking for a dentist on the south side of Jacksonville, I highly recommend this dentist.
