I was told I would get an email the next morning with an estimate on a temporary crown and a permanent crown for my other tooth that needs one but I never received the email.
All of the staff are friendly and professional in all interactions. The cleanings and work I have had done was completed in a timely manner with a very high level of quality. Thanks!
Office was exceptionally clean and inviting. Back staff was knowledgeable and very caring, making me feel at ease for my first root canal. All I can say about the ladies at the front desk is "WOW",they are the Best of the Best. Would recommend Dr. Martinez and staff to all I know!!
Although going to the dentist is tramatic for me everyone from Dr. Martinez to the front desk did all they could to make me a confortable and calm as possible. And I especially apreciate the fact that your office files the secondary insurance claim for me. I very happy I was recommended to this practice.
I had just moved to Jacksonville and I had a severe tooth ache, I scheduled an appointment that day I came in and everyone at South-point put a smile on my face the entire time, once my cost efficient x-ray was done I had learned my first cavity needed a root canal procedure. Dr.Martinez and the aids were excellent and pain free. Best Dentistry I have ever been a patient in.
Dr. Martinez and his staff are always exceptional! Unfortunatly things come up and you have to wait to see him a little bit longer than you expected, but he kept checking on me and apologized profusely, and when it became my turn to see him and receive my treatments I knew he was going to spend the necessary time with me. I definatly appreciate that and will reccommend him to my friends and family.
Dr. Martinez and staff are incredibly professional, efficient, and perform at a high level at all times. I have recommended them dozens of times in the past year and will continue to do so.

Website is great. People on the front are very nice. Dental staff is professional, corteous, and attentive to your needs. Doctor is very good and keeps your confort level in mind at all time. Best I have seen so far. Follow-up are easy to schedule. Young woman in the front could be a bit nicer.
