This dentist office is amazing with absolutely every area of customer service that you can think of. Dr. Martinez and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. His dental assistants clean my teeth inflicting zero pain 100% of the time (thanks Elizabeth.) I had a double root canal in the front portion of my teeth. The local block that I received was perfect. I had no sensation during the procedure. Dr. Martinez was fast but gentle. I would recommend Dr. Martinez to anyone. He is very skilled, caring and thorough. My dental hygienist does a fantastic job. The office staff are friendly and professional. The office is just beautifully decorated and clean. All of the equipment there seems to be state of the art. I always feel relaxed and well cared for when I go there.

I received professional care at Dr. Martinez's office. I would recommend him as a dentist to even the faint of heart. My daughter has a fear of the dentist and she was able to complete several complex procedures and will be returning to Dr. Martinez for preventative care.

I never thought I would say this, but I truely enjoy going to this dentist. Everyone and I mean everyone is very professional and personable. They understand my family's needs and keep me well informed. I'm never sitting in the waiting room for extending periods of time, even when I'm late. Dr. Martinez always makes it a point to speak to me (not in a rushing a manner). I will always refer people to him. I have no plans on changing my dentist unless I leave Jacksonville. I love the entire team!!
